Bye Bye 2019 welcome 2020 wedding season

2019 Wedding season

The 2019 wedding season was a busy year. A lot of great weddings in Italy. Many couples coming to Tuscany, Lake Como, Lake Maggiore and Amalfi coast for weddings, proposals, elopements or couple's sessions.

I met wonderful people and I had the opportunity to learn more about storytelling, love, friendship. Now I have a better understanding of workflow and business.

I strengthen relationships with great colleagues, and I started to build the cornerstones for a wonderful 2020.

This year, my work took me to Villa del Balbianello, Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees, Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Villa Sola Cabiati, Villa Balbiano, Villa Carlotta, Villa Cipressi, Villa Monastero, Villa Zanchi, Tuscany, Ravello, London, St Moritz, Ascona, Venice, and Umbria! While I love having the chance to be close to home, travel is a fun break from everyday life at home!
The weddings that I captured close to home were in Lake Como.

2020 Wedding season

The greatest improvement of 2019 was the establishment of a renewed wedding workflow. Easier payment better galleries all integrated with my website and my studio editing software the mighty Lightroom.

For the next season, I built a new set of Lightroom preset and I prepared for my couples a complete wedding experience to help them through their wedding day.
The keywords are: "Plan in advance", "Peace of mind", "Have fun", "Enjoy your day".

Of course, I worked really hard and I embraced the idea of "kaizen" a continuous improvement based on small, positive changes to reach major improvements.

It was no easy achievement and it came at some cost. During this year I learned to say "no". "No" to negative situations with negative people. "No" to a waste of time. Some people do not understand my changes but friends and people that I love did it.

Probably I am a lucky guy, I was born in Italy half of my family belong from Venice and I live in the Lake Como area... Destination weddings in Italy are growing, and a lot of couples plan their proposal or elopement here. I am based less than 45 minutes from Villa del Balbianello, maybe the most famous Villa in the world for people in love.

I had a lot of great reviews from my couples, finally, I have already reached my minimum goals for 2020.
